Send one link. Your client comments on frames without an account, then approves. You keep a record nobody can edit.
€79 once. No subscription, no seats.
You know this round. They watched your WeTransfer link on a phone and replied with a voice note. Which middle part? Which of the three exports you sent this week?
Two rounds later the approval lives in a WhatsApp thread. It stays there until the invoice goes out and someone says they never approved that.
Drop the MP4. It goes from your browser straight into your own bucket and never touches our server.
Your client opens it, types a name, and comments on the exact frame. Draws on it when words fall short. Add a password or an expiry date if you want.
They click Approve. You get a PDF with who, when, which version, its file hash and every comment. The approval cannot be changed afterwards.
A link and a name. That is the whole login. Marketing managers do not install apps to approve a video, so they no longer have to.
Everyone at the client can watch and comment. You pay for the tool, not per person.
Example values. The full record also lists every comment.
Connect AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Bunny Storage or MinIO. Video goes from browser to bucket and back, never through us. If we disappear, your files do not. No bucket? The Hosted plan stores them for you.
No free plan and no trial. Bring your own bucket and pay once, or let us host the files for a monthly fee.

No. They open the link, type their name once, and start commenting. You can put a password on the link and let it expire on a date you choose.
In your own S3-compatible bucket, or in ours on the Hosted plan. With your own bucket you connect it once in settings and test the connection. Either way, upload and playback run directly between the browser and the bucket. The video never passes through our server.
H.264 in an MP4 or MOV container, with AAC audio or no audio. That is the standard review export of every editing app. Anything else, such as ProRes, HEVC or WebM, is refused with a clear message before the upload starts. There is no transcoding, so your client sees exactly the file you exported.
Who approved, at what time, which version and file with its SHA-256, the approver’s IP address and browser, and every comment with its timecode and frame. It is a PDF, written to your bucket at the moment of approval. The approval itself cannot be updated or deleted afterwards. The database refuses it.
The same link now shows the new version. Older versions stay, with their comments, one click away.
No, and no free plan either. The year pass is the low-risk way in.
The year pass and lifetime are one-off because your video sits in your own bucket: an idle account costs us close to nothing. The Hosted plan is monthly because there we pay for the storage. Cancel it any month; your files stay until the paid period ends.
One account is one owner. There are no roles or seats to manage. Reviewers never need an account, however many there are.
